Dennis was amazing from beginning to end. He answered the phone, no going to VM, and spent a lot of time with me asking lots of questions and getting clear on the situation here. He said it sounded like I didn’t need his services, that my septic was actually working fine and it was maybe another issue, but that he would stop by anyway just to make sure. He showed up promptly and with a great, friendly yet professional demeanor and it was obvious that he knew his stuff. Sure enough, he talked himself out of a job, letting me know that he didn't want me to spend the money if I didn’t have to, but that I could do some other things myself to get a better result. Who does that these days?! I almost wish there was a problem with my septic so I could have him do some work. When the time comes, he’s definitely the person I will call. Thank you, Dennis!!

Dennis saved our bacon, or rather saved us from our bacon. Grease clogged drain pipe and septic on a weekend is no problem for the nicest and enthusiastic poop guy out there.
